Bridal: Bridal contracts require a non-refundable deposit upon signing that will go towards 50% of the total wedding costs. You may cancel your wedding booking/contract any time up to two weeks before the date of services, but the deposit will not be refunded. Payment is due in full on or before the day of services. If six or more bridesmaids are booked for Sines of Style wedding services, a style for the flower girl or mother of the bride will be included at no extra cost.
Late policy: If a client is 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, the client will be considered a no show and the appointment will be canceled, resulting in a cancellation fee.
Cancellations: If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of time of service, you will be charged a fee totaling up to 50% of your service cost. If excessive cancellations (regardless of time for notice given) or no shows occur, the client will be asked to make a deposit to hold future appointment spots.
Lashes: Before lash extensions are applied, the client will be required to sign a contract to confirm the client’s understanding for proper lash care to ensure longevity of wear for lashes. Sines of Style is not responsible and will not issue a refund for extension loss due to improper care. The client will be recommended a time frame to return for fill-ins. If excessive fall out has occurred due to an extended period of time between the original appointment and the fill in or because of improper care, the client will be charged up to the same amount as the original lash installation to account for product and time used for lash repair.
